We will purchase, sort, package, and ship 25,000 meals to support those in need in Appalachia and along Hurricane Helene's path. Due to high demand, we can only accommodate 260 volunteers. The evening will be separated into 2 different shifts. Each shift will be available for 130 people and will package approximately 12,500 meals. This project is open to children as young as 5.

- SHIFT 1 will be from 4:00p to 5:30 pm.  Volunteers for this shift will need to be onsite at 3:45 pm.

- SHIFT 2 will be from 5:30p to 7:00 pm.  Volunteers for this shift will need to be onsite at 5:15 pm.

WE ARE FOR feeding the hungry. This is our 10th Annual Thanksgiving Meal Packing event. Over the first 9 years, we have packed 375,000 meals for those in need. This year we will hit 400,000 total meals packed. Come be a part of something big. There is no better way to celebrate Thanksgiving.

***While participation in the packing event is FREE, we still need to raise funds to pay for the food. Each meal costs $0.35. The total cost for the 25,000 meals is $8,750.  We need your help to purchase and pack.
