The mission

40,000 meals, one evening.

Our goal is to purchase, sort, package, and ship 40,000 meals to support those in need in Venezuela. This is our 12th Annual Thanksgiving Meal Packing event — over the last 11 years, we've packed 440,000 meals for those in need.

The evening is separated into two shifts in the FAITH Gym on Wednesday, November 25. Each shift will accommodate 130 people and will package approximately 20,000 meals. This project is open to children 5 years and up.

Cost: This year, there will be a $20 fee/person to participate in meal packing to help fund the meals and manage no-shows. Even with the price per person, we still need donations to meet our goal. Each meal costs $0.45, and the total cost for the 40,000 meals is $18,000. We need your help to purchase and pack.

Two shifts

Pick your time.

Shift 1 — 4:00 to 5:30 pm

Volunteers for this shift should be on-site at 3:45 pm. About 130 people packing roughly 20,000 meals.

Shift 2 — 5:30 to 7:00 pm

Volunteers for this shift should be on-site at 5:15 pm. About 130 people packing roughly 20,000 meals.
