One night a month, we open the worship center for a single purpose: a full 75 minutes given to prayer and worship together.
Third Thursday is a time of participation and interaction with and focus on the Spirit of the Living God. Scripture. Music. Reflection. Love. Some nights are energizing and exciting; others are candlelit and reflective.
Each month carries its own theme: gratitude in November, comfort near Christmas, healing in February. No two nights are the same, and every night has a unique focus you can bring your real life into.
Third Thursday grows out of our desire for prayer to be our primary strategy to see the power of God in our lives and community. We believe prayer is not the least we can do — it is the most important thing we do — and it belongs to the whole community: anyone humble enough to approach the throne of God.
