Upward is not just for kids anymore. Wherever you are on your health journey, whether a seasoned runner or just looking to get off the couch, this team is for you. The run season will last for 12 weeks, starting Monday, May 5th, and continuing into early August. Each team member will be responsible for a few individual workouts (which we provide) throughout the week, and a group workout on Saturday mornings, all culminating with a 5k as a team at the end of the season. You can run, you can walk - all at your own pace! There is no pressure, just encouragement & fellowship from your team and our veteran Run Coach, Steve Camp.
